The hotel is good as seems newly constructed, but in order to have a happy stay, please avoid any kind of communication or interaction with staff, maybe the Indian staff was unable to understand or were not properly trained as i had an extremely bad experience but maybe it was bad luck and staff should be given benefit of doubt. Please do not expect them to have basic skills like how to charge a card or renew room keys etc. including te manages,
Hotel Staff, especily the oens at front desk and Managers.
Please fix the Internet wireless access point at level 3
The room were very neat and clean and the room service and facilities were very good. Had a great time.
A bottle of water cost 8 dhs and that was very expensive.
The rooms have no sound proofing whatsoever. My stay was for about 10 nights and in those 10 nights I changed my room 4 times ranging from first floor to the 3rd floor but the problem remained the same. Noises that can't let you sleep comfortably are from one room to the other, noise from the lobby, noise from the restaurant and last but not the least the clubs on the ground floor. The noise from the club comes all the way to the 3rd floor
Nice decoration. clean rooms
the clubs' noise is hectic; I could not sleep till after the club closed at 3 a.m then the receptionist wakes you up at 10 am to ask you what time you are leaving. Whoever meets you inside the hotel asks your name and room number (Hotel POliy). The door did not open and they suggested I call the room service to open it to me when I need access.
Very thing. Free Internet ,swimming pool ,room clean
The staff in the reception speaks to you without respect
Walls are not sound proof u can hear what's going in the other room,I saw a coakroach on the front desk of the reception, housekeeping is terrible they don't change the bedsheets , no refill of coffee & tea ,parking space is very small & hardly can occupy the car,you can hear the disco all night making your sleep disturbed.
Very good location for any business or city trip with destination Deira, surprizing good room (I booked a suite), underground garage, very very good value for price, even if some negative points, I would book the hotel again
Small lobby, free drinking water only on arrival, ice not free, poor internet connection
Room are quite big and clean ,
what I didnt like is that the charges for mini bar is quite expensive
Only thing which was good about this hotel, was the cleanness of that,
their receiption staff's behaviour & greeting was very bad, even they didn't respond greeting of the guest. they are really impolite & aggresive. for cleaning & room service you have to call them every day, otherwise they won't clean your room daily. the voice of club is too much & disturbing.
The noise from the night clubs, the staff, and the fact that the sewage system does not work properly
It was comfortable room, nice and clean bath room. Night club was good
Hotel internet in few rooms is not good, however my room was changed. There is no shoping and eating place near hotel.
Free internet, close enough to airport.
Hot water for bath or shower was non-existent. Pool hours are too short. Complimentary breakfast not much to speak of.
Unfortunately there was nothing I like about my stay at this hotel. The door man was very helpful at best.
I didn’t like the fact that the staff is very hard to understand due to their lack of English. I realize I am in a predominant Arabic speaking country but other hotel I have stayed in have at least one staff person that speaks decent English. Their website and hotel info pamphlets do not mention anything about NOT allowing visitors. There is a small 4x6 inch sign at the far end of the check-in desks that indicates “No visitors allowed.” I had a friend that lives in the city visit me to go out and have dinner and the desk clerk DEMAND 100 dhs!!! Threatened to have us both removed if I did not pay!!! Ridiculous!!!! The room carpeting is very dirty, they charge 10 dhs for a 500 ml bottle of water, the food menu is old (according to their staff) as it indicates meals are served with rice or bread “included” but yet they charged for the rice! The dining area is on the mezzanine therefore you can hear clinging of dishes, forks/spoons etc all day/night! The nightclub music is very loud all night long and you can hear it in your room to the point where it is hard to listen to TV. Walls are paper thin and you can hear other quests speaking, babies crying, etc. Bathrooms are very tiny. Hotel staff displayed a “I don’t care” attitude when speaking to them about complaints. I left one day early, forfeiting, my last day due to conditions and unwelcoming attitude of desk check-in staff.
The suite was large and comfortable.
It was noisy. I think there was a cub playing loud music.
